Digital Products - No Refunds
All products sold by Anchor Media Hub are digital downloads delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been provided.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds on Digital Products
Once a digital product is downloaded or access is granted, we cannot "take back" the product. This policy protects our intellectual property and ensures fair treatment for all customers.

Exceptions
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased product after multiple attempts to resolve the issue with our support team
- Duplicate purchases made in error (you must contact us within 48 hours)
- You were charged but did not receive access to the product
